An independent boutique Investment Bank in Perth

What We Do

Pique Capital works closely with family offices and private equity funds to identify and create value from strong investment cases in stranded and under-appreciated assets, predominantly in the energy, mining and agricultural sectors. Such assets may present distressed private equity strategies or simply represent considerable opportunity in the right hands.

Pique Capital works in tandem with Pique Partners to deliver an experienced management team with a value-accretive corporate strategy to drive the organisation’s success.

Transactions between $10m and $100m involving unlisted private assets are our specialty, although we do consider larger and public assets on a case-by-case basis.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Pique provides the full spectrum of transaction and corporate advisory services, from business and project valuation through to targeted investor engagement and capital raising. Pique predominantly acts in the unlisted space, however, advisory support for Initial Public Offerings and associated listed services are also offered.

Pique works closely with clients to fully understand their industry and business context before designing a bespoke corporate finance strategy for execution. From capital structure optimisation to development of full financial modelling with scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, it pays to have Pique in your corner.

Pique understands the investor mindset because we often co-invest with our clients. Sharing risk and aligning interests leads to better outcomes in mergers, acquisitions and strategic divestment. Providing end-to-end process management of the highest calibre, Pique seeks to maximise value and opportunity.
